Returns & Exchanges

At moon+star, we want you to love your celestial-inspired pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and protective liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
